By accessing or using Peak API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Peak provides CAPTCHA solving services via API. We solve challenges including but not limited to Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare 5s Challenge, and AWS WAF challenges.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Not use the service for illegal activities.
  • Keep your API keys secure and confidential.
  • Not share or resell your API access.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are made via cryptocurrency. Payments are non-refundable. You are only charged for successful solves.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate service at any time for maintenance, updates, or violations of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peak is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Remaining balance may be forfeited upon termination for violations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
