Refund Policy

No refunds are provided — including but not limited to downtime, discontinued modules, changes in performance, or external service patches. Purchase only if you agree.

Unauthorized Use

Reselling, sharing, modifying, reverse-engineering, patching, or cracking any software or service provided by Peak.Solutions is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent access termination.

Intended Use

All services — including checkers and the Turnstile solver — are built for educational and research purposes only, such as API behavior analysis or demonstrating potential flaws. Credential stuffing or unauthorized access is not allowed. The developers of Peak.Solutions accept no liability for misuse.

HWID Policy

Frequent or abusive HWID reset requests may be rate-limited or delayed up to 14 days. Each license is bound to a unique hardware ID.

Turnstile Auto-Refunds

Invalid or blocked solves are automatically detected and refunded to your balance. Abuse of the system will result in account restriction.

Policy Updates

Terms, pricing, policies, and service availability may change at any time without prior notice. Continued usage indicates agreement with the current terms.
